English Campus for Young Global Leaders

Course Target Students

Groups of less than 40 students consisting of elementary, middle, and high school students from around the country.
※ Students from areas with limited access to English education or from schools with a focus on international education receive priority.

Course Types and Contents

The courses are operated in such a way as to give visiting institutions the option of either an English lecture-focused curriculum or an English experience-focused curriculum.

  • Considering the needs of institutions and students, curriculum options have been introduced (A/B/C types).
  • With consideration for students’ age and English ability, a variety of educational activities have been developed
    in order to improve communication skills.
  • Creativity and problem-solving are fostered through science activities (geology, coding, aerospace, etc.),
    as well as the arts and P.E. (cooking, magic, P.E., etc.)

Rainbow English Camp

A Type

A Type

  • Fostering English communicative competency with a variety of indoor-focused classes. This is a cost-efficient choice for young learners.
  • 60% indoor, 40% outdoor
B Type

B Type

  • Utilizing Jeju’s special environmental characteristics, this course focuses on outdoor, hands-on activities and is a relatively more costly option.
  • 40% indoor, 60% outdoor

Global Vision Camp

C Type

C Type

  • With the purpose of enhancing global citizenship, individual international education programs are hosted, including English debates, presentations, forums, etc.
  • Attendees have high levels of English competence

Course Period

3-5 days (overnight, totaling 20-40 hours)
※ Can be altered to accommodate the request of visiting institutions.

Course Costs

Approximately ₩350,000 per person (based on a 4 night, 5 day program, excluding airfare)
※ May change depending on the number of students, overall time, program contents, outside lecturers, meals, and curriculum.
※ The English Education Center budget covers staff salaries (lecturers and other staff) as well as 50% of the facilities cost.
